Pilot Shortage, 90,000 Pilots need in the next 20 years !!!
In the next 20 years, the demand for pilots will reach unprecedented levels creating tremendous employment opportunities for new pilots. The demand will be driven by the aging pilot pool and world economic growth requiring the need for additional air travel.
Why is there a pilot shortage?

- These vacancies will need to be filled by current regional airline pilots.
- Regional airlines will then need to fill their vacancies with new pilots entering the industry.
Aviation industry suffers from not only shortage of pilots but qualification of young pilots. Since Pilots are responsible for lives of the passengers, they need to be qualified to pass aptitude test from the School as well as Civil Aviation Authority pilot licensing examinations and check-ride . We consider our students and their families as our own. It is long period of time to finish training and it’s hard to live away from their own country and people. however, do not worry! CAFS will support you to obtaining a National Intelligence Coordinating Agency (NICA), INTL, National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), Special Study Permit(SSP) and to assist for finding accommodation with orientation on how to live in the Philippines. School will make a necessary arrangement with the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) to take Medical Exam, English Language Proficiency (ELP), National Telecommunication Commission (NTC) and to obtain other Pilot licenses.
